Begin with a spectacular seafood tower featuring Moreton Bay bugs, Pacific oysters, Mooloolaba king prawns, New Zealand green-lipped mussels and Tasmanian smoked salmon.
Continue with your choice of entree and main course before finishing with a generous Christmas dessert buffet of festive sweet favourites, seasonal fruit and Australian cheeses.
