MELBOURNE restaurant Vue de monde has been named Australia’s restaurant of the year.
The CBD eatery – headed by celebrated chef Shannon Bennett – scooped awards for best in its category and in its region and/or state, at the Savour Australia Restaurant and Catering Australia Awards for Excellence in Adelaide last night.
