Frequency Nightclub: DJ Competition 1.5

After the incredible response to our previous DJ Competition, we received so many entries and expressions of interest that we've decided to add an extra competition night before Part 2 returns in November.

DJ COMPETITION 1.5 - FREQUENCY NIGHTCLUB

Competition time!

This time, we're opening the decks to ALL GENRES.

This is NOT a Drum & Bass-only competition. We're looking for the overall quality of the DJ set - regardless of genre.

Whether you play House, Techno, R&B, Hip-Hop, Drum & Bass, UK Garage, Afrobeats, Commercial, Open Format or something completely different, we want to hear what you can do behind the decks.

Competitors will have the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of a live audience, with DJs judged on technical ability, creativity, track selection, transitions, mixing and overall stage presence.

THE PRIZE

The winner will receive:

$200 GIFT VOUCHER
An opportunity to play at Saturday Club on 17th October
A PRIME-TIME 2 HOUR SET

IMPORTANT FOR COMPETITORS
Before applying, please make sure you are available for BOTH dates:

DJ Competition: Thursday, 8th October
Winner's Performance: Saturday, 17th October

Competitors are encouraged to bring their friends, supporters and crew along to cheer them on and help create the atmosphere.
