RISE Restaurant

Darlinghursts RISE Restaurant fuses East and West to create zesty dishes which are as colourful as the restaurants vibrant surroundings.

Chef Hideki Okazaki took over the restaurant in 2005, bringing a unique cooking style to the kitchen and a zesty menu which is tweaked every few months. His seven-course degustation menu features an ever-changing assortment of soups, sashimi, seasonal dishes, mains and desserts.

The seven-course degustation features a sampling of the chefs signatures. Okazaki serves intriguing creations, such as deep fried soft shell crab tacos, coconut soup with chicken tortellini and, of course, a selection of sashimi.
