Garagistes Restaurant and Wine Bar in Murray St, Hobart is Luke Burgesss latest restaurant, and is creating quite a buzz amongst the locals.
Long benches seating 10 make it ideal for nights out with friends in large garage like setting but with cuisine none of your friends are likely to dish up.
Burgess has trained under Tetsuya Wakada and spent time at Noma, and locally, has taught at the Agrarian Kitchen and ran Pecora. The wine list has been crafted by his partner Katrina Birchmeier
