Every family knows the chaos of Christmas. Impossible gift wish lists, complicated dietary requirements, synchronised family arrivals, last-minute drama and the delicate art of Christmas diplomacy.

2025 Gold and Silver Logie winner Lynne McGranger stars alongside master-of-mayhem Wayne Scott Kermond, and multi-talented Andrew James and Leigh Archer, in an all-new Australian musical comedy. Four grandparents navigate impossible gift lists, dietary requirements, synchronised family arrivals and last-minute emergencies, then sneak away to support a friend's pre-Christmas event. What could possibly go wrong?

Following two national tours and sold-out shows, The Grandparents Club returns with a brand new show. It is written by multi-award-winning writer Richard Tulloch (Bananas in Pyjamas, Hating Alison Ashley), a grandfather of four himself, with music and lyrics by John Field and direction by Helpmann Award winner Luke Joslin.

A 90-minute celebration filled with music, laughter, heart and a little Christmas mischief.
