Broadsheet.com.au says Jack Rabbit Slim's is named after the Pulp Fiction restaurant and lies in the cavernous Northbridge corner that previously housed the grungy Black Betty's and EDM club, Parker.

The drawcard of the place is its capacity for awesome gigs, with an eight-by-three-metre stage, a state-of-the-art sound system and the guys' connections to music big wigs. Oh, and the fact that in bedtime-loving Perth, it's open until 5am. On any given night you might hear stoner rock or UK grime.
